Almost no manufacturer in backyard shade states the condition alongside the number, and the condition is what makes a figure usable. It tells you this is a rating for a pergola bolted into concrete — not one on pavers, not one standing on a deck without blocking underneath. You get the thing that makes a louvered pergola worth buying: an adjustable aluminum louvered roof with integrated drainage, on an aluminum frame, at 10 x 13 ft. Functionally that is the same proposition as the pergolas above — open for sun, closed for rain, open again before a storm.

What is absent is every durability figure. No wind rating. No snow load. No frame wall thickness or post dimension. A one-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects is the entire published disclosure.

We have no evidence it performs badly, and that is exactly the problem: we have no evidence at all. A product publishing nothing cannot be ranked above one publishing several figures on a site whose whole method is comparing published specifications.
