We do not sell, ship, assemble or service any of the structures on this site, so we cannot help with an order, a delivery or a warranty claim — for those, contact the retailer you bought from or the manufacturer directly. What we can help with is anything to do with what is published here.
What we're most glad to hear about
- A figure you think is wrong. A link to the page and the number is enough. We check it against the manufacturer's current material, correct it within seven days if we were wrong, and note the change on the page with a dated line. Details in the editorial policy.
- A spec we listed as "not published" that actually is. If a manufacturer publishes a wind rating or snow load we missed, send the link — tracking those down is most of the work on this site and we will happily be beaten to it.
- A product that has been discontinued. Availability is the thing that goes stale fastest between our quarterly checks.
- A question our pages don't answer. The questions readers actually send are where most of the guides on this site came from.
